New Album in Production
In the first year of quarantining, John performed two Facebook live mini-concerts which he called "Songs from the Bench." These concerts "inspired me to revisit previously unrecorded songs," he says, "sometimes reworking them, but also to write new ones-- to the point where it became obvious to me that it was time to get back in the studio. With 17 such songs under my belt, I began assembling a group of musicians who shared a certain kind of sympatico for the eclectic mix of material I have amassed."
Watch this space for updates about the project!
